CAFE is a subsidiary of Sonoma County Conservation Action, and, as such, needed a logo that would complement the preexisting SCCA logo, while establishing their own independent identity. The leaf in this logo was scanned from an actual oak tree, and converted to a graphic image. The same was true of the SCCA PAC logo, which features a redwood sprig, also scanned from an actual piece of a redwood tree. Know Your Neighbor was a project of CAFE, so use complentary colors.
